We would like to let our hirers know that we will continue to operate as usual during the Level 2 alert. We have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our hirers and staff.
All our vehicles will be thoroughly disinfected and sanitised especially all the high touch point areas in the vehicles like door handles, steering wheel, gear knobs, window and ac controls, console screens, car keys etc. We will ensure all vehicles leaving our yard is absolutely safe to drive.
Our branch offices are sanitised and disinfected to the highest standard laid down by the Ministry of Health. Commonly touched areas like door handles, keyboards, mouse, table surfaces etc are continuously sanitised. Hand sanitisers are readily available for our hirers to use.
Contactless pick up processes are available if required. We will email you all the documents required prior to hire and you will need to sign the agreement electronically on a touch enabled device. Payment will be taken electronically prior to your pick up.
Our Christchurch branch has been set up opposite the Commodore Hotel entrance and hirers will not require to enter the hotel to collect or drop off their vehicle. Follow the signs in our car park to drop off your vehicle.
Our QR code for the COVID19 Tracing app can be found at the entrance of the office. Please scan the code prior to entering the premises.
Our Complimentary shuttle service will be available as usual. The same level of vigilance will be maintained while disinfecting and sanitising the shuttle as is done with our vehicles.
If your travel plans have changed as a result of the restrictions of the COVID19 Alert levels, you will be eligible for a full refund. (Refund will only be given for days not hired).
